Space is limited!
Make your Cinco de Mayo a little hotter with the spice of New York history! Richard Schechner has shaped the landscape of theatre as we know it today; as founder and artistic director of the acclaimed avant-garde collective The Performance Group (now The Wooster Group), editor of TDR: The Drama Review, and creator of New York University’s Performance Studies program, Schechner is responsible for crafting much of our cultural conversation in the past half-century. On Saturday, May 5th, celebrate this expert’s Golden Jubilee as he recalls firsthand accounts of the halcyon days of stage and scholarship throughout his “50 Years of Influence.”
